Shots Fired Investigated In Hamden: Police

A vehicle was struck during the shooting, which occurred Sunday afternoon.

HAMDEN, CT — Police are investigating a report of shots fired in the area of West Easton Street and Bowen Street on Sunday afternoon. Police responded to the area at about 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 10.

Police said a suspect, described as a “black male in a brown hoodie,” was seen firing multiple gunshots. He then fled from the area in a white motor vehicle. Police said nearly 30 shell casings were recovered at the scene.

There were no reported injuries and a vehicle was struck by a bullet, according to police.
