Silver Alert Issued for Missing Hamden 15-Year-Old

HAMDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for William Pagan, 15, who was reported missing from Hamden on Thursday, Oct. 13.

Pagan is an endangered runaway, according to police.

Pagan is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black sweatshirt, navy blue shirt and a red bull backpack.
