HAMDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Alexis Torres, 16, who was reported missing from Hamden on April 4. Torres is an endangered runaway, according to state police. Torres is described by police as a Hispanic female with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing all black. A photo wasn't provided.
