Silver Alerts Issued For Missing Hamden Teens

HAMDEN, CT — Silver Alerts have been issued for three teens who were reported missing from Hamden on Nov. 6. All three are endangered runaways, according to state police.

David Echevarria, 17, is described by police as a white male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a black sweatshirt and glasses.

Karla Toro, 17, is described as a white female with blue hair and brown eyes. She is 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and sweatpants.

Caillou Morin, 17, is described by police as a white female with blonde hair. She is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, black sweatpants and flip flops.
