Troop 60195, which are sophomores and juniors in high school hosted a Someone Special and Me Dance for the younger Hamden Girl Scout troops on February 3,2019. The dance was held at the Elks lodge. One of the members of Troop 60195, Meggie dressed up as Princess Elsa from Frozen. The dance's theme was Winter Wonderland. The Girls danced, played games and took lots of photos. Troop 60195 planed the whole event themselves and funded the dance with money they earned through the Girl Scout cookie program. Girl Scouts are girl led. All who attended had a great time.
