HAMDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Joseph Kelly, 13, who was reported missing from Hamden on March 16.
Kelly is described by police as a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs 135 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a blue fleece zip jacket, a black long-sleeve shirt, jeans and sneakers. A photo wasn’t provided.
