HAMDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Ricardo Harris Jr., 15, who has been missing from Hamden since Tuesday night. Harris was involved in an argument with a family member and left his home on Maplecrest Lane at about 7 p.m., according to Capt. Ronald Smith.
Smith said police searched the surrounding area but were unsuccessful in locating him and a statewide Silver Alert has been issued.
Harris is described by police as a black male, 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a “white or gray Nike hooded sweatshirt.” He was carrying a dark-colored backpack.
