HAMDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Chanell Norris, 16, who was reported missing from Hamden on Oct. 10. Norris is an endangered runaway, according to state police.
Norris is described by police as a black female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. To sign up for Hamden breaking news alerts and more, click here.
She was last seen wearing black jeans, purple sneakers, a gray shirt and possibly a green Army jacket. A photo wasn’t provided.
