HAMDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Angelica Santiago, 16, who was reported missing from Hamden on Dec. 2. Santiago is an endangered runaway, according to state police.
Santiago is described by police as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs 119 pounds.
She was last seen wearing jeans and a black hoodie. A photo wasn’t provided.
