HAMDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Jovan Kennedy, 17, who was reported missing from Hamden on Nov. 30.
Kennedy is described by police as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie. A photo wasn’t provided.
