HAMDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Karla Toro, 17, who was reported missing from Hamden on Nov. 4. Toro is an endangered runaway, according to state police.

She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black sweatpants. A photo wasn’t provided.
