USDA Office in Hamden Closed After Agency Receives Threats
The USDA has closed six locations nationally as 'anonymous' threats are being investigated: BREAKING

HAMDEN, CT — The U.S. Department of Agriculture office in Hamden was one of six locations in several states to be closed on Tuesday after the agency received “anonymous” threats, according to multiple reports.
NBC News reports the offices were closed after the USDA received messages that raised concern "for the safety of USDA personnel and its facilities," according to spokesman Matt Herrick.
The threats are being investigated by the FBI and local law enforcement, according to NBC News.

In addition to the Hamden office, which is located at 51 Mill Pond Road, the other facilities that were closed are in Fort Collins, Colorado, Beltsville, Maryland, Raleigh, North Carolina, and in Kearneysville and Leetown, West Virginia.
