EAST HARTFORD, CT — An accident on Interstate 84 in East Hartford Monday morning caused traffic issues for commuters, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the single-vehicle crash is on I-84 East between exits 58 and 59, resulting in the closure of the left lane.

The accident was first reported at 8:13 a.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
