United Way’s Onward860 strategic plan is centered on ending poverty by closing gaps and creating opportunities, so everyone succeeds.
One way we do this is by partnering with municipalities, school districts, companies, donors, and volunteers to stock local classrooms with the supplies needed for a productive learning environment during formative years in student development.
Volunteers are needed to support our school supply drive by sorting donated school supplies, checking items for quality and completeness, and organizing them for delivery to local partners. This hands-on activity provides a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact in the community while supporting educational success. *Must be at least 16 years old to volunteer.
