Crash Cleared On I-84 In East Hartford: UPDATE

EAST HARTFORD, CT — Traffic was halted on Interstate 84 in East Hartford Wednesday morning after a two-vehicle accident, according to the state Department of Transportation, but the crash has now been cleared.

The DOT reports the crash was on I-84 West between exits 59 and 58, resulting in the closure of the three left travel lanes earlier. The DOT as of 7:09 a.m. reported just a left lane is now closed.

The accident was first reported at 6:10 a.m. and by 7:14 a.m., the accident was no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
