Update: I-91 Crash In Hartford Cleared

HARTFORD, CT — Traffic on Interstate 91 was snarled Tuesday morning after a single-vehicle accident, but it has since been cleared.

According to the state Department of Transportation, the crash was in the southbound side of I-91 between exits 34 and 33.

DOT officials said the accident, reported at 7:33 a.m., had closed the right shoulder.

According to the DOT's Twitter feed, the accident was cleared at 8:01 a.m. Tuesday, not far from I-84's interchange with Route 159.
