Hartford Gay Men’s Chorus to Perform Annual Holiday Concert December 7-9
Hartford, CT – November 20, 2018 – The Hartford Gay Men’s Chorus will perform its annual holiday concert, “And to All a Good Night,” on Friday, December 7, and Saturday, December 8, at 8 p.m. and on Sunday, December 9, at 3 p.m. The three performances will be held at the Aetna Theater at the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art, 600 Main Street, in Hartford.

‘Twas the night before Christmas, and Santa has a secret. “And to All a Good Night” promises audiences a joyous, fun-filled two hours of songs celebrating peace and goodwill toward all, as well as special appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus and some very tipsy elves.

“And to All a Good Night” takes us back to our childhoods and reminds us how peace can change our world. Sometimes, we need to see the holidays through the eyes of a child to remember what the season is all about,” said Michael Winslow, Artistic Director of the Hartford Gay Men’s Chorus. “We invite you to bring your friends and family to share the magic of the holiday season with us.”

The Hartford Gay Men’s Chorus is now celebrating its seventh season. Founded in 2012, the 60+ voice ensemble has been recognized for its musicianship, creative programming, and community outreach. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Michael Winslow and Executive Director Robert Reader, the Chorus performs a wide range of music, ranging from classical to Broadway. The primary mission of the Hartford Gay Men’s Chorus is to serve as a catalyst for enriching and educating both its members and audiences to demonstrate the many ways that music can positively impact our world.
