Hartford Police Arrest Juveniles In 2 Stolen Car Cases
Police made two arrests within 12 hours involving juveniles stealing vehicles.
HARTFORD, CT — Police said they arrested a 14-year-old juvenile female with a 12-year-old passenger in a stolen SUV late Thursday night. This was the second juvenile arrest in relation to stolen cars in just 12 hours.
