HARTFORD, CT — The police department will conduct an operating under the influence (OUI) checkpoint Thursday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. at 620 Wethersfield Ave., according to a police tweet.
The checkpoint point is part of the department's ongoing OUI enforcement program which is funded via a grant from the state Department of Transportation's OUI Enforcement Program.
