I-84 In West Hartford Backed Up After Crash

WEST HARTFORD — Intestate 84 westbound is featuring a traffic backup due to police activity associated with a crash, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The DOT said the congestion is between exits 39A and 39, with the right lane closed.

The incident was initially reported a 11:33 a.m. and the state does not have an estimate as to when the lane will reopen.
