Man Charged In East Hartford Assault That Left Victim Disabled: Report
A man has been charged with stomping on another man's head in an assault last year.
EAST HARTFIRD, CT — A man has been arrested on accusations that he stomped on another man's head who was lying on the floor, resulting in permanent brain injury, according to The Journal-Inquirer. Kemari L. Sutton, 26, was charged with first-degree assault.
The crime occurred Oct. 2 at the Church Corners Inn rooming house at 860 Main St. Sutton was arrested March 31 and is being held in lieu of $750,000 bond at the Hartford Correctional Center.
