Man Dead, Another Charged After Hartford Hit-And-Run: Reports

HARTFORD, CT — One bicyclist is dead and one motorist has been charged in Hartford after a hit-and-run accident Thursday evening.

According to WFSB Channel 3, a bicyclist was killed after a white pickup truck slammed into him at about 7 p.m.

Citing police, WFSB identified the victim as being Gilberto Davila, 55, and the suspect as being Cleveland Telfer, 56.

WVIT Channel 30 reported the incident happened close to the Hamilton Street/Francis Avenue intersection.
