Two Vehicle-Crash Cleared On I-84 In Hartford: UPDATE

HARTFORD, CT —Traffic was slowed on Interstate 84 in Hartford Friday afternoon following a two-vehicle crash, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the accident was on I-84 East between exits 46 and 48, resulting in the closure of the right lane.

As a result of the crash, traffic was backed up 2.1 miles between exits 44 and 48.

The crash was first reported at 1:41 p.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
