The workshop will utilize group discussion, creative activities, and will incorporate curriculum about ways to increase connectivity and reduce social isolation. Open discussion will focus on topics such as past accomplishments and future goals.
Participants of this workshop will be asked to share information about themselves and engage in open discussion. Confidentiality among participants is of the utmost importance. Waterstone is expanding care in Madison with a new specialized Sleep Disorders Treatment Program designed to help patients finally get the restorative sleep they need for better overall health. Led by Thomas Abbenante, MD, a board-certified sleep physician, and Amanda Ciampini, APRN, the program provides comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of sleep conditions.
