• 9 people charged for roles in Connecticut cocaine ring, feds say (newsbreak.com) — A Lisbon man is among nine people federally charged in a large cocaine and crack distribution ring operating across southeastern Connecticut, following wiretaps, surveillance, and major drug and cash seizures. Prosecutors say he supplied drugs to dealers in nearby towns, and several defendants now face mandatory minimum prison terms of five to ten years or more if convicted.
