• Connecticut man convicted of violent 2024 home invasion kidnapping attack (fox61.com) — Litchfield residents should know that a Torrington man convicted of a violent 2024 home invasion and kidnapping will be sentenced Nov. 5 in Litchfield Superior Court. The jury found him guilty of multiple charges after prosecutors detailed how he abducted his ex-girlfriend from Harwinton, assaulted her during a drive across several cities, and was later arrested in New Haven.
