Presented by Tara McKinney

When love hurts, we tend to contract by avoiding feeling, rehearsing stories, becoming effects of life rather than active participants in it. This 2-hour online workshop guides women through embodied practices, breath work, movement, self-reflection, and group witness to meet love’s pain in a way that feels expansive and empowering. Participants leave with a felt experience of their power to choose what love means to them and a replicable path to practice embodying their staying power with their true selves, whether life’s weather is stormy or full of sunshine.

Pen and paper are preferred for the self-reflection exercises
