ā¢ Connecticut attorney freed on bond after manslaughter conviction overturned (nbcconnecticut.com) ā A Connecticut attorney convicted in a 2021 fatal shooting outside his Litchfield law office is out on $50,000 bond after an appellate court overturned his manslaughter conviction over a judgeās undisclosed conflict. He spent about 14 months in prison and could face a retrial, as the Litchfield County stateās attorney says prosecutors are prepared to bring the case back to court.
