Applications Accepted This Week For Madison Affordable Housing Complex

MADISON, CT — Beginning on Wednesday, DeMarco Management Corporation, on behalf of the Caleb Foundation, will begin the application process for Wellington at Madison, under a very limited time period, according to town officials. Certain income and occupancy restrictions apply.

Wellington at Madison is an affordable rental housing community, at 131 Cottage Road in Madison, consisting of newly constructed apartment homes joining four existing units at the site. The complex is near Hammonasset Beach State Park.
