MADISON, CT — Work was recently completed on the new geothermal HVAC system at Madison Town Campus, according to First Selectwoman Peggy Lyons.
"The new heating and cooling system is up and running just in time for the dog days of August," Lyons wrote in a recent Community Update.
The multi-million-dollar project features 21 geothermal wells, which heat and cool 22,000 square feet of space at the campus; installation took months.
