VERNON, CT — A Manchester man has been charged in an armed robbery that took place last fall in a Vernon commuter lot, according to an arrest warrant.

According to a warrant, a 32-year-old woman called police at 10:47 p.m. on Nov. 29 of last year to say she was held up by men who approached her at the Exit 67 commuter lot off Interstate-84. She was talking to a male acquaintance and saw a car pull into the lot, take a lap and then drive toward her, according to case records.
