MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester police are investigating reports of a weekend drive-by shooting. At 3:50 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the area near 111 Highland St. for a reported drive-by shooting, police said. Witnesses reported that a black sport utility vehicle "slowly drove" past the residence and fired several shots at the house before fleeing, police said. MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester police are investigating reports of a weekend drive-by shooting.
