Manchester Police Make Arrest In 'Revenge Porn' Case: Police
A Bolton man has been charged on a warrant for what police are calling "revenge porn."

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester police said they have made an arrest in a case involving retaliatory porn.
On Wednesday, 43-year-old Brian Swearengin, of Bolton, surrendered on a warrant that was
issued for his involvement in "revenge porn" that victimized a former girlfriend, police said.
Police said an investigation began in January after the victim in the case reported that Swearengin surreptitiously recorded intimate encounters while they were in a relationship.

She told police the relationship ended in December and, in the weeks following the break-up, Swearengin used images from the recordings to harass and stalk her, according to a case report.
Swearengin is also accused of announcing that the woman was pregnant and was arrested for prostitution, police said.

Swearengin was charged with voyeurism, disseminating voyeuristic material, unlawful dissemination of an intimate image, cruelty to persons and three counts of second-degree harassment.
