Manchester, Vernon Accounting Firms Merging

VERNON/MANCHESTER, CT — Two well-known accounting, auditing and tax services firms in Vernon and Manchester are merging, according to a Monday announcement.

Vernon-based Lefurge & Gilbert CPAs and Manchester-based MMNT LLC will be joining forces. The combined firm will be located at MMNT's home base at 160 Chapel Road in Manchester, according to the announcement. Lefurge & Gilbert is currently at 49 Hartford Turnpike in Vernon.

The merger will be completed by the end of January, according to the announcement.

Raymond Lefurge will bring his 50 years of experience to MMNT along with executive assistant Robin Byrd, according to the announcement.
