A scratch ticket bought in Manchester turned into the top payout in a CT Lottery scratch game.
MANCHESTER, CT — A CT Lottery player from Vernon purchased a scratch game ticket at a gas station just over the town line in Manchester and hit the top jackpot in the game.
On Friday, the unnamed player cashed in a Lucky Numbers ticket purchased at the Shell station at 161 Tolland Turnpike and came away with the top prize of $30,000.
