(Original post) MANCHESTER, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Dedra Morris, 58, who was reported missing from Manchester on Monday, Aug. 14.
Morris has red and black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds.
