The mac β€˜n’ cheese deprived University of Connecticut student who went on an obscenity-laced tirade and shoving match with a restaurant manager refused to serve him earlier this month has left the school. The incident ended with a chef and the manager pinning the student to the floor until university police arrived.

A university spokeswoman confirmed to WTIC on Wednesday that Luke Gatti, a 19-year-old freshman from Bayville, NY, is no longer enrolled in the upstate Connecticut school. The spokeswoman said federal law prohibited her from disclosing further details.
