Blooming Celebration Honors Those Touched by Cancer

Come and celebrate, honor and remember friends and loved ones touched by cancer at MidState Medical Center's Blooming Celebration on Thursday, May 5, from 3 to 4pm on the hospital’s main campus.

The Blooming Pink Celebration Garden, in the shape of an awareness ribbon, was created last year as an inspirational symbol to represent cancer survivorship. Throughout the year, individuals in the community affected by cancer have purchased a bulb, and they have been invited to come together on May 5 to celebrate and see the garden in full bloom. All proceeds from the garden directly benefit the MidState Cancer Center.

Please join this community celebration. Together we can make a difference in the lives of cancer patients…one bulb at a time.
