Connecticut author Kady Cross will be in town to celebrate the launch of her young-adult novel in the steampunk genre: The Girl in the Steel Corset. The first in Cross' Steampunk Chronicles series, The Girl in the Steel Corset follows a young female servant in Victorian London who gets mixed up in a dangerous world of villains and automatons.
