“The Frog Prince and Something Fishy: My Sde of the Story.”
Jasleni Brito, a Dominican Republic-born visual artist and singer/songwriter shares the complexities of relationships through her own failed relationships and experiences in trying to find Mr. Right, or in her case, the “Frog Prince."
Ms. Brito brings a youthful and visually interesting take on relationships through a fairytale-gone-wrong timeline of events in oils, watercolor and acrylics paints.

Ms. Brito attends Central Connecticut State University for Art Education. This is her first solo art show, but she has shown her work alongside other artists at various Connecticut galleries and was featured in the Meriden Art Council's March/April Calendar. Please join us in welcoming Ms. Brito to CaRo Art Studio and Gallery this Saturday, June 4th, 2011, 6 - 10pm. This event is free and open to the public.
