MERIDEN, CT — A fast-growing shipping company recently began leasing more than 43,000-square feet of industrial space in Meriden, realtors announced.
O,R&L Commercial announced UniUni Logistics Inc. is now leasing a 43,104-square foot industrial space at 45 Gracey Avenue in Meriden.
“As a shipping specialist, UniUni Logistics mission is to unify technology and delivery to innovate the most reliable, cost-effective last-mile solution,” according to a news release.

Mark Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial represented the landlord, 45 Gracey LLC, while Damon Bowers of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, UniUni Logistics Inc., according to the news release.
