Grilled Pork Chops
Grilling makes it healthy, orange juice, ketchup, and chili pepper make it irresistible.

GRILLED PORK CHOP
Ingredients:
6 boneless, pork chops

1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili pepper

3 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage and oregano)
2 tbsp ketchup
¼ cup orange juice
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
Directions:
Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour mix on pork chops into the marinate and bake uncovered at 350 for 16 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees or grill in a skillet 7 minutes on each side. Basting twice to keep pork moist.
