Maloney Jazz Alum and the Radcliffe Twins at Wednesday's Mid-Week Music Event

Meriden's Mid-Week Summer Music Series will feature two local acts this Wednedsay.

From noon to 2 p.m., "Just Friends," a group of Maloney Jazz Band alum will perform jazz tunes in the courtyard in front of Middlesex Community College at 55 West Main St. Local 11-year-old twins Ben and Noah Radcliffe will perform during the band's intermission. This is the second week of the 2011 music series. Performances – everything from jugglers, drum circles and jazz standards – will be held each Wednesday from noon to 2 p.m., rain or shine, until August 31.
