Irvin was charged with production and possession of child pornography under the federal system. He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years and a maximum term of 30 years under those charges.

He is believed to have produced child pornography from around late 2012 to September 2015, according to his arrest warrant affidavit.

The warrant details his alleged elaborate 24/7 surveillance system used to record minor male victims during sexual acts. Cameras were in the house and near a hot tub where boys were reportedly sexually abused.

Police began investigating on Aug. 24 after receiving a noise complaint. The caller said noise was emanating from a tent on Irvin’s property and that pornography was being played and sex dolls were being used.

Police arrived and located two 16-year-old boys and a 17-year-old boy. Irvin was hiding naked nearby, according to the warrant.

Sexual objects were in the area along with jello shots, other alcohol and a motion-activated camera.
