WEATHER UPDATE: More Snow Tonight; Freezing Temps and Below Zero Windchill Readings
The National Weather Service urges motorists to use extreme caution, and yes, there are two more chances for snow over the next seven days.

This is the storm that just won’t go away, at least not yet.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for most of Connecticut and it’s not just the snow that will be an annoyance.
The advisory is until 1 a.m. and it’s possible we could still see between 1-2 inches more of snow accumulation, possibly 3 inches in some locations. Snow is forecast to end by midnight.

But once the snow stops, the temperatures plummet and it will be near zero overnight to a high of 10 degrees.
The winds will be between 10-20 miles per hour with gusts up to 30 miles per hour in parts of the state.

Wind chills will make it feel like 15 degrees below zero or colder in some parts of the state.
The National Weather Service says the snow will accumulate on top of the ice from this afternoon making for “dangerous travel.” The weather service urges people driving to be “extra slowly and use extreme caution.”
And yes there is another chance of snow Wednesday night and into Thursday. And a chance for more snow on Sunday and Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
