Access Health CT Insurance Enrollment Help Fair

Do you need help applying for the new Health Insurance through CT's
Insurance Exchange?  If so, there will be an Enrollment Fair in Middletown to help you apply and answer any questions you have. 

Assisters who work for community based agencies, will be available to sit down with you and provide you with the one-on-one support you are looking for. This service is
free of charge.
