Become a Volunteer – Be Part of Something Bigger
Hello Community! Have you ever wanted to be part of something that is growing, inspiring, and making a lasting difference?
The March For Education Foundation invites you to join our volunteer team for the March For Education Unity Parade & Festival on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at the New Haven Green.
This celebration will bring together students, families, educators, community organizations, businesses, and volunteers for a day focused on education, opportunity, and community connection.
We are looking for volunteers to assist with:

- Guest registration and information
- School supply distribution
- Parade coordination
- Vendor and food truck support
- Stage and entertainment assistance
- Family activities
- General event support
Whether you can volunteer for the entire day or assist in a specific area, your time and talents will make a meaningful difference.
Planning meetings will begin in August, giving volunteers the opportunity to meet the team, learn about their roles, and help shape a successful event from the very beginning.
