This Just In: It’s Only Natural Market Has a Juice Bar!

A couple months ago, we put out a poll asking Wesleyan students what kind of restaurant Middletown is most seriously lacking. A juice/smoothie bar was the clear winner.

Good news, folks! Our very own It’s Only Natural Market (not to be confused with the It’s Only Natural Restaurant) has recently opened their very own juice bar.

I checked it out yesterday, and was pretty pleased with the setup. It’s located near the back of the store. The bar is equipped with lots of juicers and blenders, and the menu ranges from simple concotions like carrot juice to more complicated affairs such as a number called “Everything Nutritious”- a mix of carrots, beets, kale, celery, spinach, garlic, parsley, and ginger.There are eight smoothie options, all of which substitute ingredients like apple juice and rice milk for dairy products.

The juices and smoothies come in 12, 16, and 24 oz serving sizes, and range from $3.99 to $7.99. Definitely a great deal!
