The course is offered by the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce, as part of the "Re-Entry" Program.

The Re-Entry Program has received many awards including a Presidential Citation, the Governor’s Laurel Award and an official citation from the Connecticut General Assembly. Re-Entry was established in 1986 and since that time it has successfully provided more than 1,650 individuals with modern office training and has successfully placed a large majority of participants into the workforce.
