Here's how to use this log:

Remember the approximate time and/or location of the incident.

Place your cursor on the large photograph and click to enlarge it. The starting and ending times of all the entries on that page of the log will appear in the caption. For your convenience, we've translated the times in the captions from military time to regular time. (Police log entries are done in military time; to translate them into regular time, subtract 12 from all times greater than 12. So 14:00 hours in military time becomes 2pm in regular time; 18:30 hours in military time becomes 6:30pm in regular time.)

Cruise forward through the photographs by moving your cursor to the right and clicking on the gray margin that appears along the right side of the photo. The pages are in chronological order.

Once you find the right page, look for the incident by the time or location listed for each log entry.

You won't get much detail. But you will get a brief one- or two-word description of the incident. You'll also find the incident number, the name of the presiding officer and his or her badge number.
